Start at Rallarvegen at Reonungavatnet (765m) near Myrdal to Seltuft. Cross the river and follow a smal road to Fretheimsdalen. From Fretheimsdalen to Gudmedalen you need to use GPS. You can't see any road. For 50 years ago farmes brouth animals to their mountainsfarms on this path. The highest point is 1550 m above sea level. From Gudmedalen(1000m) to Flåm you follow the road.
