This track takes in both the Littlewort and Woodcutters trails in Newlands. Nice and technical, this track is a good lung buster if done fast! This track was recorded in an anti-clockwise direction.

A nice easy 3.5 km jeep track out and back run along the inside boundary fence of the Platjan Lodge and Campsite, next to the Limpopo River.
Pleasant run along the banks of the Vaal river. All offroad. A loop within a loop to make up the distance. A pity the route is short.
Pleasant running through the sugar cane. The last km makes you a bit dizzy with all the weaving in the forest. All offroad running with one small hill.
