Easy start along the Toti Main Beach Promenade, then it's off on to the beach to run along the sand out to a marker and back to the start. Tide and wave timing is critical and adds a super fun factor.

All offroad with a mixture of dirt trails and grass. Some narrow sections where it is difficult to pass other runners. I enjoyed this parkrun and venue even though I took a tumble.
